Throughout my building career I have developed a passion for not only buildings and projects but for teams. I believe that all projects reflect the teams that make them a reality and delivering a project safely, on-schedule and on-budget while exceeding ownership's expectations can only come from great teamwork with great leadership. I pride myself on providing that leadership to ensure teams are functioning at the highest levels to ensure the highest levels of success. I am always a valued team member striving to deliver excellence in everything I do.

From 2007 through 2023, I have been involved in the design, construction and delivery of over $360M of commercial real estate projects. Starting my career as a high-end luxury homebuilder in 2001 I have over 23 years of professional construction experience.

As a Project Manager with a Construction Management firm, my focus was brand new ground up buildings including a museum, a courthouse, a hotel, and dormitories among other use types. Ten years in this role provided the solid foundation on which my career has been built.

I gained expertise as an Owner’s Representative and in Hospitality projects acting as the Director of Development for a Hospitality Developer, Owner and Operator. I delivered high end luxury boutique and franchised products. I also gained significant knowledge and insight to the Operations of hospitality assets.
